What we do

Compliance, documented

We work with companies that have to comply with Romanian law but whose decisions are taken elsewhere, often in a language other than Romanian. Our output is the documentation a company needs when someone examines it: records of processing, policies, assessments, procedures and, at the end of an implementation, a compliance audit report describing the measures in place.

We also act as outsourced data protection officer, which in Romania is not only a good practice but, in several situations under Law no. 190/2018, a condition for processing at all.

We are a consultancy. We do not represent clients before the courts and we do not issue certificates of compliance.
