2. Scope of the services
GLOBAL DATA PROTECTION SRL provides consultancy services in compliance with European legislation on artificial intelligence (EU AI Act — Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), on the protection of personal data (GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and on cybersecurity (NIS2 — Directive (EU) 2022/2555).
The services include: AI Act audits, drafting AI use policies, outsourced DPO, GDPR consultancy, NIS2 compliance, staff training and implementation of compliance procedures.
3. Free tools
The free tools available on the website (the AI risk classifier, the checkers, the templates) are informative and indicative. The results they produce do not constitute legal or compliance advice and cannot be used as a substitute for a tailored professional analysis.
GLOBAL DATA PROTECTION SRL accepts no liability for decisions taken solely on the basis of the results of these tools.
4. Intellectual property
The content of this website — texts, graphics, logos, design, source code — is the exclusive property of GLOBAL DATA PROTECTION SRL and is protected by copyright law.
Reproducing, distributing or modifying any content without the prior written agreement of GLOBAL DATA PROTECTION SRL is prohibited.
5. Limitation of liability

6. Contracting services
Filling in the forms on the website (free audit, contact) is a request for a quote, not a contract. The service contract is concluded separately, in writing, once the commercial terms have been agreed between the parties.
The free initial audit creates no obligation to continue for either party.

8. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be settled by the competent courts of Romania.
If one or more provisions of these Terms and Conditions are declared void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force.
9. Changes
GLOBAL DATA PROTECTION SRL reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect on the date they are published on the website. Continued use of the website after publication of the changes constitutes acceptance of them.
