GDPR Manager
What it does
Complete records of processing
The register required by Article 30, with purposes, lawful bases, categories of data subjects, recipients and retention periods.
Review status at a glance
A traffic-light view of what is due for review, what is overdue and what is in order. The most common failing in an inspection is documentation that was never revisited.
Document register
Policies, procedures, notices and processor agreements, each with its own review date and version history.
Incident log
A record of personal data breaches, with the assessment and the decision on whether notification was required.
Access control
Separate accounts with distinct rights, so that the people who enter data and the people who review it are not necessarily the same.
Three kinds of user
Small and medium companies
Companies that have to comply with the GDPR and want a clear record without a complicated system.
Data protection officers
Internal or outsourced DPOs who need one place to track compliance rather than a folder of spreadsheets.
Compliance consultants
Specialists who want to hand clients something concrete alongside the documents.

Frequently asked
Where is the data stored?
On your own infrastructure. The application installs locally and there is no cloud component, so the data you enter never leaves the machines you control.
Is the licence a subscription?
No. It is a one-off payment of 450 EUR. There is no monthly fee.
Can I use it for more than one company?
The licence covers one legal entity. For consultants managing several clients, contact us about the terms.
Do I need technical knowledge to install it?
Installation follows a PDF guide and does not require IT support. There is no IT support bundled with the licence.
Does the application give legal advice?
No. It is a record-keeping tool. It organises the documentation and tracks review dates; it does not interpret the law and it does not decide what is lawful in your case.
